Description

I live on Humboldt Boulevard and the side/one way's remain unplowed. I am awaiting a UPS shipment of medical supplies and doubt that it will arrive due to this. The cross street of Cortland is also dangerous in that there is not enough room for 2 cars to safely travel both ways.
