Description

The Washington Park, King Drive and 55th and Garfield was a traffic nightmare this morning. Seems people were stranded going Westbound at King Drive because the park had not been plowed where the traffice splits at King Dr. So...There was 2 way traffic on the eastbound side of the street and many detours southbound and northbound on King Dr causing a seen similar to Tuesday night at the start of the blizzard.
