Haven't seen a plow yet in the neighborhood just South of Marquette Park (Kedzie to California and 71st to 73rd.) I know it's the Southside people, but we also have jobs to go to, children who need medical care, relatives that need checked on. Maybe if the city stopped treating the Southside like a red headed stepchild things would improve.
