Description
My friend is STILL stuck in his car on Lake Shore Drive north of Foster. He's been there since 3PM yesterday, completely ignored by the police and emergency vehicles. The tow trucks that are clearing the drive for cars are not stopping to rescue this human being stuck in his car -- they're just plowing him in further. He's in a Hyundai Elantra. Please help!
