So far no trucks from Streets and Sanitation have "Unblocked" alley passageways. This is where homeowners, and renters with "Off Street" parking have the most difficulty of getting out, or stuck. I understand they are working on "Side Streets", but the least plow drivers could do is make tracks so people can get out from alley's
