Can not get out of the Garages alley is not cleared and the streets around our house is not plowed also.

Elderly and sick next door and there is so much I can do to help. Need to go and get more food to help my Neighbors and need to go out of the garage. 6224 N Springfield, 2900 w granville and 2900 w rosemont
