Thank you to Chicagoans who have participated in the Chicago Snow CrowdMap experiment. We hope that it was helpful to at least a few people.

At this time almost all new reports are for streets and alleys which have not been plowed. Unfortunately, we are not connected to Chicago Streets & Sanitation or any other regional road management.

  • If your street has not yet been plowed, call 311.
  • Chicago Streets & Sanitation does not plow alleys. They drive heavy trucks through them to create tracks other cars can follow.
